Community Service

The Brothas are serious when it comes to giving back to the diverse local community from which we came. The ISMC is a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit, tax exempt organization. Each year, we identify one or more deserving charitable organizations that will receive a portion of our community chest which contains the proceeds of numerous fund raisers that we conduct for this purpose. The ISMC has made in-kind, cash, food, clothing, school supplies and toy contributions, “adopted” families, gotten corporate donations, written grants, and given scholarships. Our members annually participate in Earth Day and make personal appearances at schools, community organizations and the like to encourage safe riding, demonstrate civic responsibility, and to act as role models.
